# Production Support Lead (Req-0389)

Technical knowledge of IT, software development/defect resolution process/PLSQL knowledge is a plus
• Committed to meet the deadline and retain regular communication with onsite and offshore team.
• Ability to coordinate with Onsite and Offshore teams
• Must have worked in a Production Support environment. Available on call.
• Must strive for quality and attention to detail
• Property & Casualty insurance experience is a huge plus
