Certified Nursing Assistant - Home Health CNA

  Valley Health at Home by BAYADA is seeking a full time Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA for a opportunity performing home health visits with adult and senior patients and administrative support to the office team.  The ideal CNA will split their time supporting our patients with visits throughout the Las Vegas Valley and in the office (hybrid position).  As a home health CNA, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.  Please note: as this is a visiting CNA position (seeing several patients per day), candidate must have access to reliable transportation.  BAYADA offers: Weekly pay Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle Scholarship programs 24 / 7 on call clinical manager support To learn more about BAYADA Benefits, click here Job Responsibilities for CNA: Activities of daily living   Light housekeeping   Bathing   Grooming   Toileting  Nail care   Range of motion / exercises   Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices   Oral feeding   Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration   Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.   Assisting with ambulation   Medication assistance  A Certified Nursing Assistant must: Must be listed on the Nevada Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing Have at least one year of experience as a CNA; home health experience preferred  Associates Degree preferred Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination Have a criminal background check completed Meet all state requirements  As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.
