Road Machinery Product Manager

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, product management, or a similar role, preferably within the construction machinery or heavy equipment industry. Good knowledge of road machinery products and the construction equipment market is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English. Strong communication, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Willing to travel for business purposes and hold an active driving license. Preferably residing in Ankara or willing to relocate to Ankara. Key Responsibilities Support the sales and business development activities of road machinery products. Identify and follow up on potential business opportunities. Conduct market and competitor research to support business decisions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners. Support product positioning and market development activities. Monitor business performance and prepare relevant reports. Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives.
