Job Description As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in managing ground-up construction projects ranging from $1M to $30M. You'll be responsible for: Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress effectively. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Communicate project updates and milestones to leadership and other key stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement within construction processes and practices. Oversee the procurement of materials and resources needed for project success. The Successful Applicant A Successful Project Manager Should Have Proven experience in managing construction projects, such as K-12, Healthcare facilities, restaurants, retail spaces, entertainment venues and warehouses Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to work with diverse teams. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
