With more than 50 years of experience , we know what it takes to provide exceptional service — and we're looking for the right person to join our team! ⭐ FLOOR TECHNICIAN — FULL TIME Pay: $18.00/hour Schedule: 40 hours/week Annual equivalent: $37,440/year based on 40 hours/week 🧽 What You'll Do Perform professional floor care, including: Carpet cleaning Tile and hard-floor care Auto scrubbing Strip & wax Buffing Provide fill-in cleaning as needed Complete special projects such as: Exterior window cleaning Construction clean-ups Tenant move-out cleaning Other specialty cleaning projects Take before-and-after photos for quality control Communicate with supervisors and managers regarding building access and job concerns Help resolve customer concerns as directed by your supervisor Properly use, maintain, and report issues with company equipment Assist with company vehicles and equipment as needed 💪 What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Dependable and ready to work Detail-oriented and takes pride in a job well done Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Able to communicate clearly with supervisors and managers Willing to learn and take on different types of cleaning projects Responsible with company vehicles, keys, and equipment 🎁 Benefits & Perks 🏥 Company-Sponsored Health Care After a 90-day waiting period, employees who consistently meet the 40-hour/week eligibility requirement may become eligible for the company-sponsored health care program. 💰 401(k) Eligible after 1 year of employment and completion of 1,000 hours worked . 🚐 Company Equipment & Vehicles Use company vehicles and professional equipment based on job requirements. 🚀 Ready to Join the Team?
