What You'll Be Doing Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via: Phones (Including sales) Email Phone Support Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) Direct Messages (DMs) Post Comments Assist customers with a wide range of questions, including: Compatibility and fitment guidance Product availability Order status and tracking Installation support Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and ensure relevant order, product, and customer information is documented appropriately. Provide product recommendations and identify opportunities to increase sales while delivering a positive customer experience. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share feedback, sharing customer feedback, identifying recurring issues or opportunities, and supporting process improvements. Adapt to evolving business needs, taking initiative in new responsibilities, processes, systems, and other duties as assigned. What You Should Have 1+ years of customer service or equivalent experience Experience with Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets. Ability to type at least 70 words per minute Proactive, get-it-done attitude with a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and willingness to take ownership and see tasks through to completion. Proactive and willing to go above and beyond core duties when needed Experience with Shopify, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and Youtube preferred Strong organizational and task-management skills Self-motivated and goal-driven Able to work well with others in a team environment Compensation And Benefits The hiring compensation range for this position is a base rate of $23-25/hour + commissions. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations. Standard work schedule is Monday-Friday unless otherwise noted.
