# Customer Service Representative

Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Indianapolis, IN
• Hybrid Pay rate: $16/hour Available Shifts: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM | 10:30 AM–7:00 PM | 11:30 AM–8:00 PM We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to provide professional support via phone and email. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls, emails, and escalated issues Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally Assist with registration, login, and website navigation Answer questions and provide guidance on available programs Document customer interactions accurately Support customers with completing health surveys over the phone Requirements: High School Diploma/GED 1–3 years of customer service or call center experience preferred Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills Basic proficiency with MS Word and Excel Professional phone manner Flexible schedule and ability to work overtime when needed Successful background check and drug screen Hybrid Requirements: Training is fully onsite and mandatory Candidates will remain onsite for several weeks after training Hybrid work begins once the candidate is fully trained Must be able to reliably report to the office approximately 2 days/week Must have reliable transportation and internet access for remote work
