Junior Print/Textile Designer

Job Description Junior Print/Textile Designer Our client is a global leader in the design, sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution of high-quality sleepwear, layering, and intimates and is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Print/Textile Designer to join their design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for color, pattern, and trend, along with a passion for creating original prints and textile designs. Responsibilities Create original prints, patterns, and artwork for seasonal collections. Assist in developing print and textile concepts based on trends, customer needs, and brand direction. Research fashion, color, print, and textile trends. Prepare artwork for presentations, production, and vendor communication. Create colorways and modify existing prints as needed. Maintain organized artwork, CADs, and print libraries. Collaborate with Design, Product Development, and Production teams. Ensure artwork is accurate and meets technical and production requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in print or textile design preferred; internships will be considered. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Strong sense of color, scale, composition, and repeat patterns. Ability to research and interpret fashion and market trends. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Portfolio demonstrating print, pattern, and textile design skills is required.
