As a Program Manager you will: Approve technical, cost and schedule baselines. Implement changes to the organization's strategic plan to meet evolving and changing goals and expectations. Manage organizational change including major changes to the structure and content of the program or program segments managed; and approves the allocation and distribution of funds. Initiate and maintain regular and recurring contacts with high-ranking civilian or military supervisors and senior management officials in NNSA headquarters and administrative staffs, or comparable personnel in other Federal agencies. Establish strategic goals and objectives to manage, administer and implement the programs and missions of the Office. Examples of Qualified Experience that May Be Qualifying: Overseeing large, complex projects including the installation of production equipment and construction of buildings and major facility improvements. Overseeing the execution of work through a Management & Operating (M&O) contractor including programs in excess of $100m per year with several milestones and contract deliverables. Developing contractor performance evaluation management plans and documenting execution against those outcomes for government contractors.
