Job Duties Responsible for delivering the highest quality of food in terms of freshness and taste. Adhere to all food safety guidelines at all times. Prepare, warm and/or cook hot & cold breakfast buffet food items as required by Marriott International and CMC Hotels. Provide superior guest service. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area. Job Requirements Previous hospitality or food service experience is highly desirable. MUST be friendly, outgoing, and willing to engage guests in conversation. Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed. Clean background check Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight is necessary. Ability to handle comments and suggestions. ServSafe certified a plus.
