Talent Acceleration Lead

Development work usually makes people feel better without making them better. This role exists to ask, “What can our best people do now that they couldn't six months ago?” You'll be accountable to that question and expected to show your work. This is a senior IC role, with company-wide ownership, reporting to the Head of People Partners.
