What You'll Be Doing Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently to move raw materials. Load haul trucks, hoppers, and stockpiles while maintaining quality and production targets. Conduct pre-operational equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly. Maintain safe work practices and support site safety initiatives at all times. Assist with general plant and pit operations to ensure efficient material flow and productivity. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in a production environment. Strong commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and following established procedures. Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify operational or maintenance concerns. Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Dependable work ethic with the ability to adapt to changing production needs and priorities. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
