# Occupational Therapist

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC.

Role: Occupational Therapist Responsibilities Provide direct occupational therapy care to patients, developing personalized treatment plans. Supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, and address individual needs. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs. Celebrate patient progress and contribute to their recovery journey. Qualifications Current licensure or certification as per state requirements. CPR certification. Master's Degree preferred; Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience acceptable. Skills & Environment Deliver compassionate, personalized care with a focus on small victories leading to meaningful change. Work within a supportive, motivated team environment utilizing advanced technology. Engage in professional growth through ongoing education and development opportunities.
