IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST Hospital Success • Remote US • Full-time • Reports to Director of Hospital Success ABOUT NEST Nest builds care plan infrastructure for veterinary hospitals. Corporate veterinary groups use Nest to run preventive care memberships under their own brand, and we handle what sits underneath: enrollment, recurring billing, analytics, marketing, and seller-of-record compliance. Care plans change how pets receive care. Pet owners pay a predictable monthly amount, visit more often, and catch problems earlier. Hospitals build steadier revenue and longer client relationships. Our mission is to make that kind of preventive care available to every pet. ABOUT THE TEAM Hospital Success launches and supports every hospital on Nest. Much of the work ahead is rolling out care plans across the veterinary networks we have already signed, and this team determines how well those launches go. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will lead hospital launches from kickoff to go-live. That means running the timeline, confirming integrations and configuration are ready, and training hospital teams to offer care plans confidently from their first day. You will work alongside Hospital Success Managers, who own each relationship after launch. After a year, launches will run on a repeatable playbook you helped build, and new hospitals will reach steady enrollment sooner. RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead onboarding for new hospitals, including timelines, technical and operational deliverables, and coordination with Hospital Success Managers. • Run readiness reviews on integrations and configuration, and close open items with Engineering, Support, and hospital staff. • Train hospital teams on care plans and the workflows for presenting plans and enrolling clients. • Coordinate scheduling and communication across Nest, hospital teams, and vendors. • Document sign-offs and hand each hospital off cleanly to ongoing support. • Bring post-launch findings to Product, Engineering, and Hospital Success to improve the launch process. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • You have 2 or more years in SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, operations, or project management. • You have trained customer-facing teams on new tools or workflows. • You have run projects with several stakeholders and delivered them on schedule. • You work comfortably in a CRM. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience in veterinary medicine or healthcare, including practice management systems. • Experience rolling out software across multi-site organizations. • Experience at an early-stage company.
