Kindergarten Teacher • North Location: Jacksonville, FL 32218 Job Description We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in the North area of Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of young children. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote learning and development. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment. Assess and monitor each child’s progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians. Encourage positive behavior and social skills through guidance and support. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other documentation as required. Participate in professional development and school events. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Valid teaching certification/license for Kindergarten in the state of Florida. Experience working with young children in an educational setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching young learners. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the community.
