Manager of Sales Finance

he Manager Sales Finance will work directly with Marketing and Sales to optimize sales spend efficiency through ongoing analysis and evaluation of merchandising effectiveness. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage major Sales cost centers Manage Month End reporting Review targets and plans to ensure financial objectives will be met Calculate ROI’s Represent Sales in financial planning processes, and informs Business Development of key changes that are made to the budgets Execute high-priority customer and division level sales analyses and develops insights to share Identify sales spend risks and opportunities Measure and report sales productivity and other factors that explain variances in performance BS Degree required, MBA preferred Minimum 4 years Consumer Package Goods Sales, Sales Marketing or Sales Finance Minimum 2 years of responsibility for sales spending management and analysis $110K plus bonus
