Senior Account Executive - Corporate Communications

About The Role: As a Senior Account Executive on our Corporate Communications team, you will help deliver external communications programs for an executive level pharmaceutical client. You'll manage daily project delivery, develop high-quality communications materials, and build relationships with clients, partners and our teams. As you grow, you'll contribute to program planning, support new business initiatives, and help mentor junior colleagues while continuing to develop your strategic communications expertise. This is a remote role out of our New York City or Philadelphia office reporting to a Vice President. You Will: Support the daily management of client accounts, building relationships through proactive communication and excellent service. Achieve timelines, budgets, and deliverables with minimal supervision, managing projects and workstreams. Develop high-quality communications materials, including press releases, Q&As, reports, presentations, social media content and partner communications. Coordinate any program related external engagements and events, working with clients, vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes. Contribute to strategic planning, client recommendations and new business activities, including research, proposals and presentations. Monitor industry trends and apply insights to strengthen client programs and communications. You Will Bring: 3+ years' experience in communications, public relations, healthcare marketing or a related field. Agency and healthcare communications experience. Project management and organizational skills, experience balancing multiple projects independently. Experience responding to emails, phone calls, and requests, with experience producing high-quality client-ready materials. Experience establishing communication and engagement with clients, colleagues and external partners. Experience maintaining an organized and up-to-date book of business, research skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Healthcare/Science or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
