Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II

Job Description Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to improve process efficiency and product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing operations and support new product introductions. Analyze manufacturing data to identify areas for process improvement and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. Proven experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization. Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies including automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing. Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control to drive continuous improvement. Experience with manufacturing process design, validation, and troubleshooting. WE VALUE Advanced degrees such as Master’s or Ph.D. in Engineering or related fields. Experience in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams. Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in advanced manufacturing.
