We are hiring English Speaker Executive Assistant ! We are looking for a team member who perceives different perspectives and cultures as assets, learns from others, enjoys and gets inspired by innovation in a volatile environment and inspires others to find the best in themselves. What does an Executive Assistan? Primary responsibility of supporting CEO, Doing necessary market research for potential countries, Scheduling international appointments, internationa interviews, and teleconferences, Arranging travel, visas, accommodation, transport, Coordinate purchasing order and approval processes. Assist with event planning and execution. What are the qualifications we look for in an Executive Assistant? Bachelor’s degree in related departments of universities, Excellent command of both written and oral English, At least 4 years of experience in similar roles, Excellent communication skills, Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems, Exhibits confidence, composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment, Demonstrates strong organizational skills, Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Excellent multi-tasking skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and work within deadlines Team the player with a positive attitude, Ability to work flexible schedules.
