Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Goshen, IN. In this position, the individual will respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about policies, billing, and coverage options. Daily responsibilities include processing payments, updating customer accounts, preparing policy documents, and assisting with claims-related questions. The role also involves scheduling appointments, supporting the agent and team with administrative tasks, and following up with customers to ensure a positive overall experience. The representative is expected to maintain a professional, friendly demeanor while adhering to agency and State Farm guidelines. Qualifications Ability to deliver high-quality Customer Service and support positive Customer Experience. Experience in Customer Support focused on maintaining strong Customer Satisfaction. Background working with or as Customer Service Representatives in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities. Comfort with basic computer applications, CRM systems, and accurate data entry. High level of reliability, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to work on-site in Goshen, IN and collaborate effectively with a team. Prior customer-facing or insurance/financial services experience is preferred but not required.
