Agency Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities: Contact retail and commercial prospects to collect client information Set Appointments for agency personnel to conduct sales presentations and policy reviews Source and set appointments for potential new agent candidates and other staff members Create and maintain a digital marketing presence though website and social media Coordinate marketing and recruiting events Implement and maintain a social media marketing campaign Provide support for office administration Job Requirements: Proficiency in relevant computer applications Excellent communication/interpersonal skills Have excellent organizational skills Confident, self-starter who works well independently Must have ability to multi-task Good phone skills Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing General Information: Flexible work hours, full or part time Hourly Compensation plus incentive Opportunity for advancement Experience in social media marketing is desired Farmers Insurance Group of Companies is one of the nation’s largest insurance companies and provides a wide range of insurance and financial services products.
