Operation Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager with solid experience in clinical research operations and team management. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day clinical research operations and ensure studies are delivered effectively, in line with operational, quality, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Manage and support field teams, ensuring effective workload planning, resource allocation, performance management, and collaboration across regions. Monitor study and operational performance through KPIs and data analysis, identify risks and areas for improvement, and take timely corrective action. Maintain close oversight of ongoing studies through regular site visits, operational follow-up, and communication with field teams and Sponsors/Clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Sponsors/Clients, supporting successful study delivery and identifying opportunities for new studies and business relationships. Lead, motivate, and develop the team by providing clear direction, regular feedback, and support for professional development and training. Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes, systems, quality standards, and CAPA actions. Provide timely and clear reporting to senior management on operational performance, key risks, resource needs, and improvement opportunities. Professional and Managerial Requirements: 7+ years of experience in clinical research, including hands-on experience in clinical trial start-up and ongoing study operations. Experience managing field teams and coordinating clinical research activities across multiple sites and/or regions. Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), clinical research standards, applicable regulations, and ethical and contractual requirements. Experience in developing, implementing, and continuously improving operational processes and systems. Strong understanding of workforce planning, KPI management, operational performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making. Comfortable using technology and digital tools to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Competencies : Strong ethical values and a human-centered approach. Flexibility to travel Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Science or Health Sciences Advanced written and verbal English communication skills
