Sr. Technical Project Manager

Our Senior Technical Project Managers lead agile delivery for CourtAvenue’s most complex, multi-workstream digital transformation programs — composable platform builds, design systems, and phased legacy-site migrations. This role owns the day-to-day execution of a program’s technical and creative workstreams, translating a signed Statement of Work into sprint-level delivery while partnering closely with account leadership on client strategy. This Sr. Project Manager runs agile ceremonies — sprint planning, daily scrums, backlog refinement, retrospectives — across a co-delivery model that embeds client developers and designers directly on the team, and holds the program to its scope, budget, and gate-review schedule. Comfort with technical concepts (headless/composable CMS, API-driven integrations, data layer and analytics implementation) and confidence managing scope through formal change-request processes are essential.
