System Specialist

Job Description Installing, configuring, and managing servers, operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.), and other infrastructure components. Installing and managing virtualization platforms. Managing the daily operations of applications within the Microsoft ecosystem. Implementing necessary security measures and actions to ensure system integrity. Ensuring regular data backups, monitoring backup health, and performing data recovery operations. Conducting operational tasks related to system monitoring tools. Preparing and maintaining detailed documentation regarding system installation, configuration, and operation. Responding to requests submitted to the system management team and fulfilling them within the specified deadlines (SLA). Coordinating support-related activities with vendors and third-party service providers. Qualifications Graduated from related engineering departments. Possessing comprehensive knowledge and expertise in System Administration. Advanced proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Solid understanding of server, storage, backup, and virtualization architectures. Competent in identifying root causes of technical issues and developing permanent, scalable solutions. Ability to remain calm in critical situations and make effective decisions under pressure. A strong desire for continuous learning and the ability to adapt quickly to emerging technologies.
