As a Sales Executive, and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Generate new business leads: Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities across revenue streams Grow customer accounts: Build relationships with existing customers and travel locally to expand market share and drive business to the hotel/cluster Negotiate and contract effectively: Secure group and corporate bookings by negotiating rates and preparing contracts in line with pricing strategies Develop local marketing: Support business growth by leveraging creative marketing channels tailored to the local market Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with other hotel departments to develop exceptional guest experiences and build comprehensive sales programs Provide visibility into sales efforts: Maintain detailed records of sales activity and deliver timely updates to Sales leadership Respond to client enquiries: Handle customer questions and requests promptly and professionally to support conversion and satisfaction What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
