Quality, Environment & Energy Specialist

Requirements Bachelor’s degree graduation, preferably graduated from Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Excellent proficiency in English Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related field ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Internal Auditor certifications are must ISO 50001 Internal Auditor certification is preferred Experienced in management system audit processes Proficient in the effective use of MS Office applications Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Competent in reporting and data analysis Job Description Takes active role in maintenance and development of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 Management Systems Organizes and conducts ISO 9001, 14001 and ISO 50001 internal audits in coordination with Internal Audit Team Prepares internal audit reports and follows up corrective actions Responsible for maintenance and developing QDMS (Quality Documentation Management System) and all related modules, gives technical support to users and work with teams to improve awareness on organizational knowledge and active usage of QDMS Provides support to departments with their documentation studies such as procedures, work instructions, forms etc. Takes active role in communication with Internal Audit teams, Environment & Energy Responsibles etc. and leads global environmental programs such as Go Green and Carbon Accounting reports in the country Delivers trainings and organizes awareness meetings Follows up environmental legislation and addresses requirements to meet compliance; take active role in related actions. Responsible for preparing official documents for respective legal applications and follows up the approval process, Performs environmental impact analysis and ensures compliance with environmental legal requirements Follows and analyzes performance reports as part of Environment and Energy Management Team Coordinates waste management activities for all DHL Express facilities, follows related reporting, registers and relations with suppliers such as disposal companies, Joins legal audits where required Develops and communicates projects, announcements and activities to increase awareness on Quality, Environment and Energy systems
