GRADING OPERATOR

Description Grading Operator Responsible for grading the carcasses in the cooler department. Requirements Must know or learn the following positions: Grading scanner, grading tagger, carcass pusher, carcass switcher, cold scale operations, hot scale operations, ribbing cattle, sawing cattle, sorting and organizing cattle. Must assist cooler management in all areas. Abilitytowork a flexible work, start time is 4:30 am but subject to change. Must be reliable. Must be able to read and write English.
