Garson

Role Description The Garson role at İtimat Süt Ürünleri is a full-time, on-site position based in Çekmeköy. The Garson is responsible for welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking accurate orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. Daily tasks include setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness in the dining area, coordinating with kitchen staff, and handling customer requests or concerns. The Garson will process payments, follow food safety and hygiene standards, and support overall service operations to ensure a positive guest experience. Qualifications Strong customer service skills, including a friendly demeanor and a focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food & beverage offerings and basic food service procedures. Clear and courteous communication skills for interacting with guests and team members. Basic familiarity with cooking processes and kitchen coordination is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Çekmeköy and stand for extended periods. Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or food service environment is preferred. Attention to hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
