# Customer Service Advisor

Role Overview A Customer Service Advisor is the first and last point of contact for customers, responsible for creating positive impressions and building loyalty through product knowledge and service recommendations. The role involves communicating effectively, suggesting additional services, and providing excellent customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with oil change options and related services. Build customer relationships through effective communication. Learn product and service details via comprehensive training. Promote additional services based on inspections and recommendations. Qualifications & Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to read, understand, and follow safety and operational instructions. Comfort with physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a non-climate-controlled environment. Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
