Your Impact as a Director, Talent Management: Director, Talent Management is a critical People Leadership role responsible for designing and executing Energy Vault's global talent strategy across the full employee lifecycle. This role will lead Talent Management, Employer Branding, Workforce Planning, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Internal Mobility programs while serving as a trusted advisor to executive leaders across the organization. You will ensure Energy Vault attracts, hires, develops, and retains world-class talent capable of supporting our growth as a global energy infrastructure company. The role requires balancing strategic workforce planning with operational excellence while creating scalable processes and exceptional employee and candidate experiences. You are energized by technology, sustainability, innovation, and growth. You thrive on building great teams, partnering with business leaders, solving complex talent challenges, and continuously improving processes.
