Spare Parts Coordinator

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for coordinating spare parts and service-tool logistics in Türkiye, including warehousing, inventory management, order fulfilment, transportation and returns; Operate and maintain inventory transactions across WMS/GWMS, SAP and SCM/work-order systems, ensuring inventory accuracy and traceability; Coordinate spare-parts applications, replenishment, stock transfers and urgent deliveries to support field service requirements; Manage courier, trucking and freight shipments, and coordinate with warehouses, 3PL providers, freight forwarders and customs brokers; Support import/export and customs-clearance processes, including shipment documents, HS codes and related information; Monitor spare-parts consumption, shortages, excess stock and ageing inventory, and support safety-stock and replenishment planning; Conduct inventory reconciliation and cycle counts, investigate discrepancies and prepare regular logistics reports; Support process improvement, system implementation and logistics SOP development; Other tasks assigned by supervisors. Qualification Requirements: Bachelor Degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or other related areas; Typically 3+ years of experience in spare-parts logistics, warehousing, inventory management or service logistics; Experience with WMS, SAP or other ERP systems; Good Excel skills and ability to conduct inventory reconciliation and reporting; Knowledge of transportation, customs and import/export processes is preferred; Experience in medical device, healthcare or technical-service industries is preferred; Professional working proficiency in English and Turkish; Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving and ownership skills.
