# Geriatric Registered Nurse - Senior Care

Mental Health Association of Rochester

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality, person-centered care to seniors across various service settings, including skilled nursing, rehab, assisted living, and memory care. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Support residents and families with dignity, respect, and compassionate communication. Qualifications & Skills Licensed RN with strong clinical skills and knowledge. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to providing faith-based, mission-driven care. Key Duties: Deliver personalized care, collaborate with healthcare teams, and foster a respectful, supportive environment for residents and their families.
