该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责 深入了解研发部门需求，提供专业的人力资源解决方案和建议。 设计研发部门绩效管理和激励体系，持续激发研发人才创造力。 进行人才盘点，提供人才发展规划建议，持续建设研发人才梯队。 和研发人员有效互动，处理员工关系，提升员工体验。 营造和保持良好的组织氛围和研发文化，打造技术IP。 推动公司人力资源政策和制度在研发团队的落地执行。 任职要求 本科及以上学历，具有3年以上互联网企业、科技企业HRBP工作经验或人力资源相关工作经验。 对业务有较好的理解和洞察力，有自动驾驶行业经验/深度支持过研发团队的HR从业者优先。 具有较好的逻辑性，数据处理和分析能力，熟练使用办公软件。 具备较强的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。 较强的问题解决能力和应变能力。
