Neuro ICU Registered Nurse - Nights

Join a specialized neuro ICU team as a registered nurse, providing advanced care for patients with complex neurological conditions such as traumatic brain injuries, strokes, and spinal cord injuries. Responsibilities Include Delivering patient-centered, holistic nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Educating patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Developing and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients' families. Monitoring and assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations. Participating in quality, safety, and regulatory compliance activities, along with ongoing professional development. Qualifications And Skills Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; BSN preferred. Experience in ICU or neurological care is preferred; no prior experience required. Ability to work safely and maintain high alertness as this is a safety-sensitive role. Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills. Position Highlights Night shifts (12-hour, 7pm to 7am) with every third weekend requirement.
