Role Description The Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Missoula, MT. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, including managing customer accounts, explaining rental agreements, and supporting customers with payment options and product selection. Daily responsibilities include processing transactions, tracking account status, performing collection activities when needed, and ensuring accurate documentation in company systems. The Account Manager also assists with in-store merchandising, product inventory, and general store upkeep to maintain a welcoming environment. Collaboration with store leadership and coworkers is essential to meet sales and service goals while delivering consistent, high-quality customer experiences. Qualifications Customer service and relationship-building skills to support and retain a diverse customer base. Sales and account management abilities, including explaining terms, handling objections, and closing agreements. Basic financial and administrative skills for handling payments, documenting accounts, and following company policies. Communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, coworkers, and store leadership. Organization and time-management skills to prioritize multiple accounts and daily store tasks. Comfort with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications; willingness to learn company-specific software. Ability to work on-site, including standing, lifting, and moving merchandise as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail, collections, or account management experience is beneficial.
