Beymen Group , a company that stands out with its principles, values, and commitment to social responsibility, is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team! We seek passionate, creative, and courageous professionals who embrace continuous learning and prioritize customer satisfaction. Qualifications At least 5 years of hands-on DevOps/SRE experience , including responsibility for business-critical production environments Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure , preferably including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), App Services, networking and related cloud services Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes , including networking, ingress, autoscaling, resource management and production troubleshooting Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools such as Terraform and Ansible Strong experience in designing, implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins or similar platforms Experience with monitoring, logging and observability/APM platforms such as Datadog, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana or New Relic Strong understanding of high availability, scalability, zero-downtime deployments , and deployment strategies such as rolling, blue-green and canary deployments Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking and distributed systems ; experience with Redis and message brokers such as RabbitMQ is a plus Good understanding of infrastructure and application security , including WAF/CDN, secrets and certificate management, access controls and vulnerability remediation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; result-oriented, collaborative, open-minded and capable of taking ownership during production incidents Job Description Manage, operate and continuously improve high-availability, business-critical cloud infrastructure Design and improve the scalability, reliability, resilience and performance of production environments Manage Kubernetes/AKS environments, including deployments, networking, ingress, resource management and autoscaling Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code , automating infrastructure provisioning and software deployment processes Define and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting and observability standards across applications and infrastructure Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, infrastructure issues and application performance bottlenecks Manage capacity planning, cloud resource optimization, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity practices Collaborate with security and engineering teams to improve infrastructure, application and SDLC security Conduct and contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and post-incident improvement activities, and maintain operational documentation and runbooks Collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve developer productivity, deployment processes, production readiness and overall SDLC efficiency
