Role Description The Client Advisor is an on-site role based in New York, NY, responsible for delivering an elevated in-store experience that reflects Carl Friedrik’s values. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming customers, understanding their travel needs, presenting product features, and guiding them through purchase decisions. The role involves building lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, handling inquiries and returns, and maintaining store presentation standards. The Client Advisor will also process transactions, manage client records, support store events, and provide feedback to the team on customer trends and product insights. Qualifications Strong Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills, with experience building long-term customer relationships. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including active listening and clear, professional interaction. Familiarity with Insurance or warranty-related discussions, and the ability to explain coverage and claims processes when relevant. Prior experience in retail, luxury goods, or fashion accessories is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site in New York, NY, including weekends and evenings as needed. Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic digital tools for client management. Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a small team. $25-$28/hour
