# Customer Success Specialist

Customer Success Specialist Austin, TX Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm Office-based | Permanent position This role is focused on building strong customer relationships and making sure enquiries, requests, and follow-ups are handled properly. Our team works with different customers and business accounts, and we need a Customer Success Specialist to help provide a consistent and professional experience. The work is varied, so it would suit someone who enjoys communicating with people, solving straightforward problems, and keeping track of different customer needs throughout the day. Day to Day Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels Build and maintain positive customer relationships Follow up on customer requests and outstanding questions Provide clear information about products, services, and processes Update customer records and account information Identify customer needs and coordinate appropriate next steps Escalate more complex issues to the relevant team Keep customers informed throughout the resolution process Monitor follow-ups and outstanding customer requests Assist with customer feedback and satisfaction initiatives Maintain accurate documentation and records Support the wider customer success and operations teams with ongoing projects What’s Important You’ll need strong communication and interpersonal skills, good organization, and a professional approach to customer interactions. The ability to listen carefully, understand customer needs, and follow through on requests is important. Previous customer success, customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, administration, account support, or office experience is useful, although training on our systems and processes will be provided. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable communicating with different people, and able to manage multiple customer requests while keeping their work organized.
