Marketing Manager

About The Role The role owns integrated demand generation and brand marketing for a growth-stage technology company, turning positioning into multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and market awareness. The team is small, senior, and metrics-driven; this role has real ownership of strategy, budget, and execution across paid, organic, and content channels in a fast-moving B2B and B2C environment. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and own end-to-end integrated campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, SEO, and webinars Define campaign KPIs and build dashboards in GA4 and HubSpot to track CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution Own the SEO and content strategy: keyword research, editorial calendar, and optimization of landing pages and high-intent content Run structured A/B and multivariate tests on messaging, creative, and landing pages to improve funnel conversion rates Manage a six-figure program budget, agency relationships, and vendor negotiations; report performance to leadership monthly Partner with sales, product, and design to align positioning, launch plans, and sales enablement assets Track competitors and market trends to sharpen messaging and identify new channel opportunities What We Are Looking For 4-7 years of marketing experience in B2B or B2C tech, with demonstrable pipeline or revenue impact Hands-on expertise with HubSpot or Marketo, GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEMrush or similar SEO tools Proven record of managing multi-channel campaigns and budgets with clear attribution and ROI reporting Strong copywriting and editing skills; comfortable writing for email, ads, web, and executive audiences Fluency in funnel analytics, attribution models, and marketing performance reporting Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Bonus: Experience with product launches, ABM programs, or marketing operations (CRM hygiene, lead scoring, lifecycle automation)
