What You'll Do as a Commercial Sales Representative: Evaluating customer needs and selling company products and services Identify, prospect, and secure new commercial tire and fleet management customers through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales initiatives Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements while protecting the Company's financial interests Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within customer organizations Collaborate with Operations, Store Managers, and Service teams to ensure successful implementation of new business Achieve or exceed annual sales, revenue, and profitability goals Protect the Company's reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining professional business relationships Delivering tires to customers as needed Requires frequent local travel What We're Looking For: Five (5) or more years of outside sales, business development, or commercial account management experience required Proven success in prospecting, developing, and closing new business opportunities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Valid Driver's License Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 lbs Who We Are: For more than 77 years, Best-One Tire & Service has grown from a single service station into one of North America's largest independent tire dealers, with 285+ locations across 35+ states.
