Position Summary Stagg & Associates, PLLC, is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Bilingual Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, excels in a fast-paced environment, and provides exceptional customer service while supporting daily administrative operations. Prior experience in a law firm or professional office is preferred. Key Responsibilities Welcome clients and visitors while providing professional bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service. Answer and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage calendars. Maintain client records, prepare documents, and perform filing, scanning, and data entry. Handle mail, correspondence, and general office administrative tasks. Keep the reception area organized and maintain the confidentiality of all client information. Perform other administrative and office support duties as assigned to meet the needs of the firm. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience required. Prior law firm or legal office experience preferred. Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion. Preferred Skills Experience working in a legal or professional office environment. Strong customer service orientation. Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
