SUPERVISORY BUILDING MANAGEMENT OFFICER

U.S. Marine Corps

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY BUILDING MANAGEMENT OFFICER in the Logistics and Support Division of HQ US MARINE CORPS. You will guide and provide needed training to division personnel about supply and services operation. You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of employees. You will be responsible for planning, programming, and budgeting for supplies and services required to support the Department. You will be responsible for developing and executing an annual maintenance plan . You will maintain all space records and prepare reports from these records and from surveys when required. You will screen and approve requisitions for supplies and services. You will be responsible for all matters pertaining to building maintenance, repairs, and modifications of the department. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector overseeing facility compliance, maintenance, and repairs, directing space utilization management and property accountability, and administering supply ordering, services planning, and operational budgeting.
