Texas Instruments (TI) is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Specialist to join our team. Primary And Secondary Responsibilities Execute scheduled maintenance work adhering to the approved best known method for all tasks completed Tracking and assembling of all parts required to complete maintenance ahead of time Completion of qualifications required to bring equipment fully out of maintenance state and into production Tracking of critical data from performed maintenance to define improvement opportunities for optimal PM performance Qualifications Minimum Requirements: High School diploma/GED 18 years of age or older 2 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance or repair experience Ability to work 12 hour compressed work schedule Ability to work day shift that will include one weekend shift and holidays Preferred Qualifications Strong interest in and capability of performing mechanical and maintenance activities on tool sets Commitment to working via a highly standardized set of instructions is required Effective teaming with both engineering and manufacturing teams is required Experience with Excel and PowerPoint is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to quickly ramp on new tools and processes Demonstrated interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions Ability to take the initiative and drive for results Strong time management skills Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
