BlackJack Tire Supplies Kansas City, KS Join Our New Sales Team BlackJack Tire Manufacturing is building a brand-new Inside Sales team, and we're looking for motivated, relationship-driven professionals who want to grow with us. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our sales organization while developing new business throughout the United States and international markets. If you're competitive, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities Build relationships with new and existing customers Follow up on leads, quotes, and sales opportunities Conduct outbound calls and customer outreach Identify customer needs and recommend solutions Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service Help expand our domestic and international customer base Qualifications 2+ years of sales, business development, account management, or related experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Experience using CRM software Manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or B2B sales experience is a plus Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($30/hr) Strong commissions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Career growth opportunities Schedule Full-time Monday–Friday In person Kansas City, KS 66115 If you're looking for more than just another sales job and want the opportunity to grow with a company that's investing in its future, we'd love to hear from you.
