Business & Financial Analyst We are looking for a Business & Financial Analyst to join our Business Development team, playing an active role in the development of large-scale infrastructure projects and supporting our strategic growth objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related administrative sciences, Graduation from reputable universities is a strong plus, Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Financial Modeling, Valuation, Industry and Business Analysis, Corporate Strategy, or Investment Analysis, Strong understanding of industry dynamics, market research, and data analytics, Advanced skills in reporting, feasibility assessment, and analytical thinking, Advanced financial modeling capabilities in MS Excel (dynamic forecasting, cash flow modeling, sensitivity analysis), Strong grasp of financial statements, capital structuring, and project financing metrics, Advanced MS Excel and Office software skills, Excellent command of English, capable of actively communicating with stakeholders and managing documentation processes for international projects. Job Description Researching new projects, tenders, and investment opportunities in both domestic and international markets, Identifying projects of interest, defining the surrounding market and dynamics, pulling out reliable historical data, sorting and analyzing it into meaningful output, Building and maintaining comprehensive financial models for prospective projects and tenders, PPP/concession models, joint ventures, and capital investments, Leading pre-feasibility and bankability studies, assessing capital expenditures (CAPEX), operational expenditures (OPEX), cash flow projections, and financing/funding structures for targeted projects, Conducting pre-feasibility studies, cost estimations, and risk assessments for targeted projects, Preparing investment decks for potential lenders and joint venture partners, Ensuring data reliability and coordination among technical, commercial, and field teams during the preparation of tender and proposal documents, Analyzing industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to present periodic growth reports to the management team, Supporting the management of English correspondence and meetings during international partnerships, collaborations, and pre-contract communication processes.
