Customer Service Associate

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for a Customer Service Associate for our Savannah, GA location. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to sales representatives, customers, and internal staff. Develop a strong understanding of company processes, procedures, and programs to accurately answer questions and communicate information. Enter phone orders accurately in accordance with company guidelines and complete special order-entry projects assigned by management. Accurately complete call tracking and time tracking requirements. Respond promptly to voicemails, emails, and Teams messages, ensuring communications received during working hours are addressed the same business day. Assist with additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor, Admin Services Manager, or Admin Services Trainer Qualifications High school diploma or GED Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, AX, Excel, etc.) The ability to communicate in a professional manner with management, sales representatives, customers, and co-workers in both written and verbal form The ability to read and write small letters and numbers; the ability to make arithmetic calculations; and the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions The successful completion of a ninety (90) day orientation period Additional Information This role is Mon-Frid, 8:15am-4:45pm. The role is fully onsite.
