Customer Service Associate

Piper Companies is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support a growing client in the insurance industry in Durham, NC. The Customer Service Associate role operates in a hybrid environment, requiring employees to work onsite several days per week while maintaining flexibility to work remotely. The Customer Service Associate role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced call center setting and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate include: Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone while providing timely and professional support. Resolve policy-related questions, account concerns, and service requests with accuracy and attention to detail. Document customer interactions and updates within internal systems to maintain accurate records. Navigate multiple applications and resources to research information and provide effective solutions. Meet established service level expectations while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. Requirements of the Customer Service Associate include: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and de-escalate customer concerns. Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/customer service software. Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Compensation for the Customer Service Associate include: $23/hr Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law.
