Servers part time and full time make good $$$$

We are currently seeking several part-time servers. This is a high-volume environment that requires the ability to maintain a high level of energy. These positions report the Food & Beverage Director and Front of House Manager. REQUIREMENTS • Ensure guest satisfaction at all times • Lift up 30 lbs • Ability to stand/walk/bend throughout shift • Availability to work holidays and weekends (weekday availability is a plus) • Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local liquor laws • Follow all safety and sanitation policies • Effectively communicate food and beverage menus • Accurately take guests' orders • Correctly and precisely calculate each guest check • Cash handling • Room set up and tear down • Clean, stock, and maintain the workstations throughout shift • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned • Adhere to company policies and philosophies QUALIFICATIONS • Outgoing personality • 1 year experience serving or bartending in a full-service restaurant or bar environment (banquet serving is a plus) • Basic math skills • Commitment to teamwork • Strong ability to communicate effectively • An eye for detail • The ability to multi-task DO NOT APPLY IF YOU: • Are timid, introverted, soft-spoken, or do not enjoy making work fun • Don’t enjoy putting smiles on the faces of your customers • Have trouble maintaining a high level of energy and a sense of urgency in a high-volume environment • Do not have a pleasant demeanor and a clean-cut professional appearance ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Compensation: $9.00 per hour + tips Hours: up to 30 hours per week EOC STATEMENT: Edison’s Entertainment Complex does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, disability, or age in its programs, activities or employment practices.
