Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role is based in Spindale, NC. The individual in this position will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or other channels, providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely manner. Daily responsibilities include documenting interactions, updating customer records, and following established procedures and service standards. The role involves collaborating with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience. The representative will also contribute feedback to improve processes, participate in training, and uphold Fusion CX’s commitment to combining human empathy with technology-enabled service. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to manage inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Ability to enhance Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction through empathetic communication and solution-oriented interactions. Experience working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar customer-facing roles. Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills. Comfort using CRM systems, call center platforms, and basic office software. Ability to work on-site in Spindale, NC, with reliability in attendance and punctuality. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured processes. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or relevant certifications are a plus. Previous experience in contact centers, customer support environments, or service roles in any industry is beneficial.
