As a Cook on our team, you play a vital role in creating those moments. Pay Range: $21.84-$24.40 The Cook prepares and portions food items in accordance with registered dietitian–prescribed diets and production requirements. Using daily production worksheets and standardized recipes, the Cook ensures meals are prepared safely, consistently, and with care. This role also upholds sanitation standards and contributes to a positive, resident-centered dining experience. What We're Looking For Knowledge of food prep, knife handling, temperature control and sanitation A passion for serving kupuna with dignity and respect Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety Ability to follow recipes, guidelines, and production schedules A team-oriented mindset and positive attitude Reliability, professionalism, and a spirit of service Established in 1896, Palolo Chinese Home is one of Hawai‘i’s premier providers of long-term care for seniors of all ethnicities.
